Removing Item Images from Invoice Designer
Item images can enhance your invoice design—but sometimes, less is more. Whether you’re fixing a mistake or streamlining your layout, Fynlo makes it easy to remove item images directly from the Invoice Designer.
Follow the steps below to remove an image from any invoice item.
✅ When to Remove an Item Image
You added the wrong photo or product image.
You want a cleaner, text-only invoice design.
You need to correct the formatting before sending.
Steps to Delete an Image in Invoice Designer
Step 1: Navigate to Income -> Invoices from the left panel.
Step 2: In the Invoices table, locate the invoice you’d like to customize and select the corresponding record.
Step 3: On the right side of the table, click the three-dot menu (⋯) option and choose Design from the dropdown menu.
Step 4: In the Item Name column, locate the product with the image you wish to update.
Step 5: Hover over the image and click the Delete button.
Step 6: A confirmation message will appear:
“Are you sure you want to delete this image?”
Step 7: Click Yes, Continue to proceed.
Step 8: Don't forget to click Save Changes in the top right corner of the Invoice Designer to apply your update.
📌Deleted images cannot be recovered, so be sure you want to remove them before confirming.
You can always upload or replace an image later if needed.

✅ You can re-add or replace images at any time by hovering and selecting Replace.
