Your invoices represent your business; make sure they look the part. Fynlo’s Invoice Settings let you tailor your invoice layout and behavior so they align with your brand, improve client readability, and ensure professional presentation every time.

What You Can Configure
🖼 Item Images
You can enable or disable item images on your invoices. Product or service images will appear beside each line item when turned ON, offering a more visual and branded invoice experience.
How to Use:
Use the toggle switch to display item images.
⚙️ Modify Default Fields
Fully customize which fields appear on your invoice. You can reorder fields, hide fields you don’t need, or update field labels to better suit your business terminology.
How to Use:
Click the gear icon (⚙️) next to “Modify Default Fields” to access the customization panel.
🗓 Date Format
Choose how dates will appear on your invoices. Select from regional formats like MM/DD/YYYY, DD/MM/YYYY, or others, depending on your preference or client location.
How to Use:
Click the dropdown menu and pick your desired date format.
🔤 Table Text Size
Adjust the font size used in your invoice tables (e.g., product names, prices, and quantities). Ideal for making your invoice easier to read or fitting more data on a single page.
How to Use:
Click the text size dropdown (e.g., "14") to increase or decrease the font size. A lock icon may appear if this setting is restricted based on your subscription plan.
