Steps to Select Your Invoice Theme
Step 1: From the left-hand menu, go to Invoices.
Step 2: Then, click the three dots (⋮) beside your chosen template and select Design from the dropdown options.
Step 3: On the right panel, you'll find the “Select a Theme” section.
Here, you'll see a grid of invoice thumbnails showing different available themes.
🖼️ Preview Before You Choose
Each thumbnail gives a visual preview of what your invoice will look like using that theme.
Step 4: Click on a theme to instantly apply it to your invoice preview.
🔄 You can switch between themes as often as you'd like before saving your final version.
Step 5: Save Your Theme Selection
💾 Two ways to save your changes:
Save Changes – Apply the new theme directly to your current template.
Save as New Template – Create a new version if you'd like to keep your original design intact.
