Steps to Customize Your Invoice Design
Before generating and sending an invoice, follow these steps to ensure your invoices reflect your unique branding
Step 1: Navigate to Income
-> Invoices
.
Step 2: In the Invoices table, locate the invoice you’d like to customize and select the corresponding record.
Step 3: On the right side of the table, click the three dots option and choose Design
from the dropdown menu.
Step 4: Edit the Invoice Component
Customize various components of the invoice, such as your logo, company name, signature, and any specific layout adjustments.
Left Side Panel: Add or edit components like your logo, company name, and signature for a personalized look.
Right Side Panel: Adjust the layout and design elements to make your invoice visually appealing.
Step 5: Edit the Invoice Table
Customize fields within the table and arrange them in the preferred order for a professional and organized look.
Rearrange Rows: Use these arrows to rearrange the order of rows in the table, moving them up or down as needed for better organization.
Table Customization: You can edit the table's order by rearranging rows and add multiple fields by ticking the checkbox for the desired field. Field names can also be edited before saving the changes.
Step 6: Click Save as Template
in the upper right corner, then select Save Changes
.
Step 7: Enter the Template Name
Optional: Set this as your default template by checking the tickbox.
Step 8: ClickSave
to apply your customized design.
Success!
Your template is now saved and ready to use for future invoices.
