How to Add or Update Company Details in the Invoice Designer
Follow these simple steps to review and update your company address directly from the Invoice Designer.
Step 1: From the left-hand menu, go to Income -> Invoices
Step 2: In the Invoices table, find the invoice you want to update or design and click its corresponding row to open it.
Step 3: Click the three dots (⋮) on the right-hand side of the opened invoice, then choose Design from the dropdown menu.
This action will open the full Invoice Designer.
Step 4: On the left-hand side panel, locate the Company Detail" section.
Step 5: Next to Company Address, click the Edit button.
This will open the Account Settings pop-up window.
Editing Your Company Address
Inside the Account Settings window, you’ll find fields for updating your address:
- Address: Enter the primary street address for your company.
- City: Specify the city where your company is located.
- State / Province: Select or enter the relevant state or province.
- Zip Code: Provide the postal or zip code.
- Country: Select your company's country from the dropdown list.
Saving Your Changes
Click
Update Detailswithin the pop-up to apply the changes.Back in the Invoice Designer, hit
Save Changesat the top right to save the full template.
