Your company details are critical for both brand presentation and legal compliance. With Fynlo’s Invoice Designer, you can easily display your business name, address, VAT number, and logo directly on every invoice, ensuring consistency and credibility with each client interaction.
How to Add Company Details in the Invoice Designer
Step 1: Navigate to the Invoice Designer
From the left-hand menu, go to
Income->InvoicesFind the invoice you want to edit in the table, then click on its row to open it.
Click the three dots (⋮) on the right side of the opened invoice and select
Designfrom the dropdown.
You’ll now enter the Invoice Designer view.
What You Can Customize in the Company Details Panel
In the left-side panel of the Invoice Designer, look for the Company Details section. This area contains toggles and fields to manage how your business information appears on the invoice.
✅ Company Name
What it is: Your official business name.
Required for professionalism and client trust.
How to use:
Toggle Company Name to display it.
Your business name is automatically pulled from your account settings.
🏠 Company Address
What it is: Your business's legal or mailing address.
Often required for tax, compliance, and customer reference.
How to use:
Toggle Company Address to display it.
The address will be auto-filled from your Fynlo account settings.
🧾 VAT or Tax Number
What it is: Your business tax identification number (VAT, GST, ABN, etc.).
Needed for tax-compliant invoicing, especially if you deal with B2B clients.
How to use:
Toggle VAT Number to display it.
Ensure your VAT number is correctly set in your Fynlo company profile.
🎨 Company Logo
What it is: A visual identifier of your business (image/logo).
Why it matters: It adds a professional and branded appearance to your invoices.
How to use:
Toggle the Company Logo to display it.
Click Upload Your Logo to choose and upload your logo file.
Once uploaded, your logo will display on the invoice design.
📌 File size must be under 500kb
✅ Final Touch: Review Your Layout
Make sure your details are aligned and visually clean. The toggles allow you to hide or show elements easily, giving you flexibility depending on client or document requirements.
Once satisfied, click Save to apply your settings.
