Want to add a personal touch or specific instructions to your invoices? Fynlo lets you add a custom Notes section that appears at the bottom of your invoice. It’s perfect for including a thank-you message, payment reminders, or any extra information that doesn’t fit into the main invoice fields.
How to Enable Notes on Your Invoice
Follow these steps to turn on the Notes section and customize it to suit your needs:
Step 1: Navigate to Income -> Invoices from the left panel.
Step 2: In the Invoices table, locate the invoice you’d like to customize and select the corresponding record.
Step 3: On the right side of the table, click the three-dot menu (⋯) option and choose Design from the dropdown menu.
Step 4: On the left-hand sidebar, scroll down to find the Preferences section.
Step 5: Find the field labeled Notes and toggle the switch:
ON (blue): Shows the Notes section at the bottom of your invoice.
OFF (gray): Hides it from view.
Step 6: Type your custom message – for example:
“Thank you for your business!”
“Payment is due within 7 days. Late fees may apply.”
Your message will be shown immediately in the invoice preview.
Step 7: Click Save Changes in the top-right corner of the designer to apply it.
