How to Send Your Invoice via Email
Here’s how to send an invoice directly from the Invoice Designer:
Step 1: Open your invoice in Income -> Invoices, then click the three-dot menu (⋯) and choose Design.
Step 2: Make sure all design elements are finalized:
Company and client information
Table details, totals, notes
Layout and branding
Step 3: Click the Send via Email button at the top-right of the Invoice Designer.
Step 4: Fill out the Send Invoice pop-up window:
Send To: The client’s email auto-fills but can be edited
Subject: You can customize the email subject
Message Body: Personalize the default message if needed
Invoice Preview: Confirm that everything looks correct
Step 5: Click Send Now to deliver your invoice instantly.
What Will Your Client Receive?
Your client will get a professional email that includes:
📄 A summary of the invoice details (amount, due date, etc.)
📥 A Download PDF button
💳 A Pay Now button (if online payment is enabled)
Preview your invoice one last time before sending—just click the Preview tab in the Invoice Designer to see exactly what your client will receive.
