Customize How You Get Paid — Add Banking Info and Enable the "Pay Now" Button
Fynlo’s Invoice Designer makes it simple to configure your payment details. By displaying your bank information directly on the invoice, you give clients a convenient way to pay via the "Pay Now" option.
How to Set Up Payment Details on Your Invoice
Step 1: Navigate to Income -> Invoices from the left panel.
Step 2: In the Invoices table, locate the invoice you’d like to customize and select the corresponding record.
Step 3: On the right side of the table, click the three-dot menu (⋯) option and choose Design from the dropdown menu.
Step 4: On the left-hand sidebar, scroll down to find the Preferences section.
Step 5: Find the field labeled Payment Details and toggle the switch:
ON (blue): Displays your bank information on the invoice.
OFF (gray): Hides payment details from the invoice.
Step 6: Once toggled ON, a payment form will appear. Enter your business banking details:
Bank Name (e.g., Commonwealth Bank of Australia)
Account Name (e.g., Koch Enterprise)
Account Number
SWIFT Code
BSB
ABN
💡Tip: Make sure your details are accurate to avoid payment delays.
Your payment info will appear in the Payment Details section of the invoice preview.
Step 7: Click Save Changes in the top-right corner to apply the payment details to your invoice.
