Make it easier for clients to scan and pay.
Fynlo’s Invoice Designer makes it simple to add a QR code to your invoice—whether it links to a payment page, project URL, or any important document. With just a few clicks, you can enable the QR feature, upload your custom image, and make your invoice even more client-friendly.
Adding a QR Code to Your Invoices
Step 1: Navigate to Income -> Invoices from the left panel.
Step 2: In the Invoices table, locate the invoice you’d like to customize and select the corresponding record.
Step 3: On the right side of the table, click the three-dot menu (⋯) option and choose Design from the dropdown menu.
Step 4: On the left-hand sidebar, scroll down to find the Preferences section.
Step 5: Find the QR Code option, toggle it ON (the switch will turn blue).
💡Tip: When toggled ON, the invoice layout will adjust to accommodate your QR code.
Step 7: After enabling the QR option, an Upload Your QR button will appear,
Click the button and upload your QR code image (PNG or JPG format recommended),
Once uploaded, the QR code will display in the invoice preview.
Step 8: Check the live preview to see where the QR code appears (usually near payment or contact details),
Make adjustments if needed.
Step 9: Click Save Changes in the top-right corner to apply the update.
Best Practices
Use a high-resolution QR code for better scan success.
Make sure the link behind your QR code is still active before sending the invoice.
Keep the QR code positioned in a visible, uncluttered part of the invoice.
Adding a QR code can streamline your client’s payment experience and reduce friction. It’s a small update that can make a big difference in how quickly you get paid.
