Add Images in Invoice Designer

Enhance your invoices with visuals for a more professional, branded look.

Want to showcase your product images or logo right on the invoice? With Fynlo, you can easily upload item images to provide visual clarity and reinforce your brand identity. This guide walks you through each step to upload and display images directly in your invoices, before you send them to clients.

🧭 Before You Start

Make sure your images meet the following file requirements:

File size: Max 3MB
File formats: JPG, JPEG, or PNG

Steps to Add Images to Your Invoice

Before generating and sending an invoice, follow these steps to ensure your invoices reflect your unique branding

Step 1: Navigate to Income -> Invoices from the left panel.

Step 2: In the Invoices table, locate the invoice you’d like to customize and select the corresponding record.

Step 3: On the right side of the table, click the three-dot menu (⋯) option and choose Design from the dropdown menu.

Step 4: On the left side panel, Invoice Settings, toggle on the Item Images option.

This will activate an image upload option beside each item under the Item Name column.

Step 5:Click the + Image button next to the line item you want to attach an image to.

Step 6: A modal titled Upload Product Logo will pop up. You can:

Drag and drop your image
Or click to browse files from your device

📌 Only images under 3MB in JPG, JPEG, or PNG format are allowed.

Step 7: After uploading the image, choose from the following options:

Save Changes – update the current template
Save as New Template – create a separate version
Send via Email – apply the update and email the invoice directly

✅ Success! Your product images will now appear in the invoice preview and in the final PDF/email version, creating a more polished, client-ready document.
