Tailor the vendor list to show only the information you need. Customizing display fields helps you focus on key vendor details and manage large datasets efficiently.
How to Customize Display Fields
Step 1: Open Display Fields
In the Vendors module, click the Display Fields button located in the top-right corner of the vendor list.
Step 2: Select Fields to Display
A pop-up window will appear with a list of available fields:
All: Selects all fields for display
Name
Email
Company Name
Unpaid Amount
Created Date
Status
Check or uncheck the boxes next to the fields based on your preferences.
Step 3: Save Changes
Once you’ve made your selections, click Save to apply the changes. The vendor list will immediately update to reflect your selections.
Reset to Default
If you want to revert to the system’s default settings, click Reset to Default. This will restore the default column view immediately.
Notes
Changes to display settings are applied immediately and persist across sessions.
This feature helps manage large datasets by showing only the most relevant information.
