Keep your vendor records accurate and up to date by editing vendor profiles. Maintaining current information ensures smooth operations, accurate reporting, and seamless transaction management.
How to Edit a Vendor Profile
Step 1: Open the Vendors Page
From the left-hand navigation panel, click Vendors to view your vendor list.
Step 2: Locate the Vendor
Use the search bar or scroll through the list to find the vendor you want to update.
Step 3: Open the Vendor Profile
Click Edit next to the vendor’s name to open their profile for editing.
Update General Information
Step 4: Edit Details
In the General Info tab, you can update:
First Name and Last Name
Email Address
Phone Number
Company Name
Address Details (billing and shipping)
📌 Note: If the shipping address is different from the billing address, make sure to update both.
Step 5: Save Changes
After making all updates, click Save to apply the changes.
✅ Success! The updates will now reflect across all relevant modules and transactions.
Important Notes
Updates to vendor profiles are reflected across all associated modules and transactions.
Changes to financial accounts may affect accounting reports — review carefully before saving.
Some fields may not be editable if the vendor is linked to active transactions.
