Simplify Online Payments with Secure Checkout
Fynlo makes it easy for your clients to pay invoices directly through a secure Stripe-powered checkout. With just a few clicks, clients can view, review, and pay their invoices using a credit or debit card — no extra setup required.
This guide walks your clients through how to access and complete their invoice payment securely on Fynlo.
Steps to Pay an Invoice
Step 1: Open the Invoice Email
When a client receives an invoice email from your business, they will see an overview of the invoice details — including the Invoice Number, Due Date, Sender, and Total Amount.
From the email, they can choose between three options:
Download as PDF – to save a copy of the invoice.
View on Fynlo – to open the invoice directly on Fynlo’s platform.
Pay Now – to proceed immediately to checkout.
📩 The most common way to pay is by clicking View on Fynlo.
Step 2: View the Invoice Details on Fynlo
Clicking View on Fynlo will redirect the client to a detailed invoice page.
Here, they can review the full invoice breakdown — including line items, due dates, and total amount payable.
To proceed with payment, they simply click the Pay button on this page.
Step 3: Complete the Payment via Stripe
Once the client clicks Pay, a secure checkout form will appear powered by Stripe.
They’ll be asked to provide the following payment details:
Cardholder Name – Full name as it appears on the card.
Card Information – Card number, expiry date, and CVC code.
Payment Method – Credit or debit card (autofill is supported via saved Stripe details).
💬 The form will also display:
“By confirming this payment, you authorize Fynlo to charge you for this invoice in accordance with their terms.”
Step 4: Confirm Payment
Once all information is filled out, the client can click Confirm Payment to finalize the transaction.
After successful payment, a confirmation message will appear and the invoice will automatically be marked as Paid in your Fynlo account.
Notes
Currently, Fynlo does not yet support cash-out or withdrawals — users can only collect payments, not withdraw them from within the platform.
Only invoices sent through Fynlo can be paid using this method.
Stripe automatically handles card validation and payment confirmation.

✅ Your Client Has Paid the Invoice!
The transaction will now appear in your payment records. You’ll receive updates directly in your Fynlo dashboard once the payment is confirmed.
