Once you've linked your PayPal account in Fynlo, sending invoices is simple—and your clients can easily pay you using PayPal-to-PayPal transfers. Here's how it works:
Step 1: Client Receives the Invoice📩
-
The client gets an email with a “View on Fynlo” button.
-
Clicking this opens the invoice on Fynlo, showing all billing details.
Step 2: Client Reviews the Invoice🧾
-
Details include invoice number, bill to/ship to, issue and due dates, amount, and your business info.
-
All details are clearly displayed to help the client verify before paying.
Step 3: Click the “Pay” Button 💸
-
Located in the top-right corner, next to the “Share” button.
-
Clicking “Pay” opens a payment summary.
Step 4: Confirm the PayPal Payment✅
-
The page shows:
-
Total Amount
-
Payment Method: PayPal
-
Authorization message:
"By confirming this payment, you authorize Fynlo to charge you for this invoice in accordance with their terms."
-
-
Once the client clicks to continue, they are redirected to PayPal to complete the payment.
Step 5: Do Not Close the Window🔄
-
After the client pays on PayPal, they’ll be redirected back to Fynlo.
-
They’ll see this message:
"Pay Your Invoice"
Do not close this window until the payment is complete.
Click one of the following after you're done:
🔘 Complete Payment
🔘 Having Problems? Re-pay
🔁 Payment Type: PayPal to PayPal
-
This is a direct PayPal-to-PayPal transaction.
-
The client's payment goes straight to the seller’s PayPal account.
Note for Sellers❗
Fynlo does not yet support a withdrawal or cash-out page. Payments made via PayPal will go directly to your connected PayPal account, so there’s no need for withdrawal within the Fynlo platform.
