Creating an estimate is more than just listing charges—it’s an opportunity to reinforce your brand. With customization options, you can tailor your estimate design to match your brand’s look and feel, making it instantly recognizable and more professional.
Steps to Customize Your Estimate Design
Before you convert an estimate into an invoice, you can follow these steps to create and brand your estimate professionally.
Step 1: Navigate to Income ->Estimates to access the estimate table.
Step 2: Click the three dots (⋮) and select Design from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: Customize the Estimate Component
Left Side Panel: Choose a template to make your estimate visually appealing.
Right Side Panel: Add or edit components like your logo, company name, and signature for a personalized look.
Step 4: Edit the Estimate Item Table
Rearrange Rows: Use arrows to adjust and resize the width of each field.
Field Customization: Rename fields, change the order, or show/hide fields by checking the boxes.
Step 5: Click Save as New Template, enter the template name, and optionally check Set as Default.
Step 6: Click Save to apply your customized design.
✅ Success! Your estimate template is now saved and can be reused.
