Editing a client profile allows you to update and maintain accurate information for seamless operations. This feature ensures that your records are always up-to-date and aligned with your current needs.
Steps to Edit a Client Profile
Step 1: Navigate to Clients
module from the left panel to view your client list.
Step 2: Navigate and select the client you want to update.
Step 3: Click the Edit Icon (pencil symbol) beside the client’s name to open the client’s profile for editing.
Step 4: Edit General Information
On the General Info tab, update fields such as:
- First Name and Last Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Company Name
- Address Details
- If the shipping address is different from the billing address, update or modify both addresses as needed.
Step 5: After making all necessary updates, click the Save button to confirm and apply the changes to the client profile.
Success!
Your changes will now be reflected across all relevant modules and transactions.
Important Notes
- Any updates to client profiles will reflect across all associated modules and transactions.
- Changes to financial accounts may affect accounting reports, so double-check before saving.
- If you cannot edit certain fields, ensure the client is not linked to transactions preventing modifications.
