Exporting Client Data

Download and manage client records with ease for reporting, compliance, and integrations.

Exporting your client data allows for efficient management, reporting, and integration with other systems. With just a few clicks, you can download structured client records in Excel or CSV format, ensuring compliance and easy accessibility for stakeholders.

 

How to Export Client Data

Step 1: Navigate to Clients module from the left panel to view your full client list.

Step 2: Click the Export button to initiate the export

Export Options:

  • Type:
    • All Pages: Export the complete client database.
    • Current Page: Export only the clients visible on the current page.
  • File Format:
    • Choose between Excel and CSV, depending on your requirements.

Optional: To export data for a specific client, select the Client Record(s) in the table and then click Export for Selected Data (Clients).

Step 3: Click the Export button to finalize and download your client data.

Your exported records will be ready for use in the chosen format, enabling easy access, sharing, and further management.

Additional Batch Features

When selecting multiple client records, you also have bulk action options:

  • Batch Delete: Permanently remove the selected clients from the database.

  • Batch Deactivate: Temporarily deactivate the selected clients, allowing for reactivation when needed.
