Restoring Access to a Deactivated Client
If a client was previously deactivated but needs to be re-added to your active records, you can easily reactivate them from the Clients module. This guide walks you through the process step by step.
Steps to Activate a Client
Step 1: Navigate to the Clients module from the left panel to view your client list.
Step 2: Use the search bar or scroll through the list to locate the client you want to reactivate.
Step 3: Tick the checkbox next to the client’s name in the list.
Step 4: Activate the Client
- Click on the
Batch Activatemenu at the top of the table.
- Toggle the client status to Active from the table.
Step 5: A confirmation prompt will appear.
Step 6: Review the details, then click Proceed to finalize the reactivation.
✅Success! The client has been successfully reactivated and is now visible in your active client list.
