Manage your client list efficiently by deactivating clients you no longer work with while keeping their historical records safe.
Deactivating a client allows you to keep your active client list focused and up to date, without losing any valuable transaction history. This feature ensures that inactive clients are hidden from your daily workflows, while their data remains available for future reference or reactivation.
How to Deactivate a Client
Step 1: Navigate to Clients module from the left panel to view your client list.
Step 2: Use the search bar or scroll through the list to locate the client you want to deactivate.
Step 3: Tick the checkbox next to the client’s name in the list.
Step 4: Deactivate the Client
- Click on the Batch Deactivate
Batch Deactivatemenu at the top.
- Toggle the client status to Inactive from the table.
Step 5: If you are deactivating multiple clients, a confirmation prompt will appear.
Step 6: Review the details, then click Proceed to deactivate.
✅ Success! Your client has now been deactivated. Their details are preserved, but they will no longer appear in your active client list. You can reactivate them at any time, and all their historical data will remain intact.
Why Deactivate a Client?
Streamline Active Lists—Focus only on clients you’re currently working with.
