Deleting client information is a straightforward process, but it is subject to certain conditions, particularly if the client is linked to transactions. Follow the steps below:
Steps to Delete a Client
Step 1: Navigate to Clients
module from the left panel to view your client list.
Step 2: Navigate and select the client you want to delete.
Step 2: Check if the client is linked to any transactions (e.g., invoices, estimates).
- If there are no linked transactions, the option to delete will be available.
- If the client is linked to any transactions, such as invoices or estimates, deletion will not be allowed.
Step 3: If the option is available, click the Delete
button.
Step 4: Click the Proceed
button to finalize the deletion.
Success!
The client has been deleted.
What to Do if the Client Cannot Be Deleted
If a client is linked to transactions:
Deactivate the Client: Mark the client as inactive. This ensures their data remains accessible but prevents further use.

- A client cannot be deleted if linked to transactions, as it would disrupt existing records.
- Deactivating a client ensures their data remains intact while preventing further use.
