Easily turn approved estimates into invoices—whether in full, partially, or with fulfillment.
When a client decides to proceed with an estimate, you can easily convert it into an invoice. This conversion can be tailored to invoice for the entire estimate, specific items, and services, or include fulfillment.
Convert an Estimate to an Invoice
Step 1: Navigate to Income ->Estimatesto access the list of your created estimates.
Step 2: In the Estimates table, find and select the record of the estimate you want to convert.
💡 Tip: click to open the details just incase the details is incorrect.
Step 3: On the right side of the table, click the three dots (⋮) and select Convert to Invoice from the dropdown menu.
Choose a Conversion Type
After selecting Convert to Invoice, you’ll be prompted to set conversion details.
Step 4: Fill in the Estimate Date and Invoice Date. These fields default to today’s date, but you can modify them if needed.
Step 5: Choose your preferred conversion type:

| A. Convert Fully | Converts this Quote into a Full Invoice | When the client agrees to the full estimate. |
| B. Convert Partially | Create a Partial Invoice from this Quote | For partial billing or phased projects. |
💡 Tip: Let your client know if you’re sending a partial invoice to avoid confusion about outstanding balances.
🟡 Important Note on Conversion Behavior
Convert Partially will redirect you to the 📝 Add & Review Invoice Details page, allowing you to manually select which items from the estimate will be included in the invoice. This is ideal for partial billing or staggered deliveries.

Convert Fully instantly converts the entire estimate into an invoice. Upon successful conversion, a confirmation message appears:

Tips
Quote has been converted to invoice successfully.
[Close] [Go to Invoices]This indicates that the quote has been fully billed and now resides under your Invoices tab.
Add and Review Invoice Details
Step 7: Enter Invoice Information
Confirm the invoice dates and customer details.
💡Tip: Double-check that the date is accurate, as it affects payment terms and budgeting report.
Step 8: Add Items and Services
Enter each item or service provided, along with quantities, rates, and applicable taxes.
📌 You can also assign a Track Category to the invoice to organize transactions by department, project, or goal.
Step 9: Add Attachments and Review Summary
You can attach relevant documents (e.g., contracts and work orders) to the invoice.
Review the summary total of the invoice to ensure everything is correct.
Step 10: Save Converted Invoice
Save: If everything is correct, save the converted invoice to finalize.
📌 Once converted, the estimate will move from the Invoice page with a status of “Unpaid.”
✅ Now that your estimate has been converted into an invoice, you can send it out.
