1. What do I get with the Fynlo AppSumo deal?
Lifetime access to either Tier 1 or Tier 2 (depending on purchase) — invoicing, expense tracking, AI tools, and future updates included in your tier.
2. How do I activate my AppSumo deal?
Click Activate Now in your AppSumo account → redirected to Fynlo → create a new Fynlo account → your tier is applied automatically.
3. Do I need an activation code?
No. Fynlo uses code-free activation — AppSumo sends the license information automatically.
4. Can I use a different email for Fynlo?
Yes. You can register with any email — it does not need to match your AppSumo email.
5. My plan didn’t update after activation. What should I do?
Ensure you completed sign-up. If it still doesn't update, contact support at support@fynloapps.com with your AppSumo receipt.
6. Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier?
Tier changes are handled only through AppSumo. To change tiers, purchase the new tier on AppSumo; Fynlo will apply it automatically.
7. If I refund my AppSumo deal, what happens?
Your lifetime license is removed and your Fynlo account will be deleted. All data created under the AppSumo plan will be permanently removed — export important data before requesting a refund.
8. What support do AppSumo users receive?
Email support (support@fynloapps.com), Help Center access, setup guides, and bug reporting. Phone support and dedicated managers are not included.
9. Is my data secure with Fynlo?
Yes. Fynlo uses 256-bit SSL encryption and follows PCI-DSS best practices to protect payments and sensitive data.
10. What features does Fynlo include?
Invoicing, expenses, estimates, AI tools, multi-currency, client management, reports, online payments, and more — availability depends on your tier.
11. Can I access Fynlo on mobile?
Yes — Fynlo is web-based and works on mobile browsers and tablets. We recommend the latest Chrome for best experience.
12. Are automated payment reminders included?
Yes — automated reminders are built in to help reduce late payments.
13. Can I customize my invoices?
Yes — upload your logo, change colors and fonts, and adjust layouts to match your brand.
14. How do I create an expense?
Go to Expenses → Add Expense, enter amount, date and category, then click Save.
15. Does Fynlo include budgeting tools?
Yes — create monthly, quarterly or annual budgets in Accounting → Budgeting.
