If you’ve activated your Fynlo AppSumo deal but your plan didn’t update as expected, don’t worry — this can happen for a few common reasons. Follow the steps below to identify and fix the issue.
Common Issues
1. Didn’t Finish Sign-Up
If you didn’t complete the Fynlo sign-up process, your plan cannot be assigned.
Solution:
Go back to AppSumo and click “Activate Now” again.
You will be redirected to the Fynlo sign-up page.
Complete all required fields and click Sign Up.
2. Already Had an Existing Fynlo Account
If you already have a Fynlo account, the system cannot automatically apply your AppSumo tier.
Solution: To activate your AppSumo deal, you must create a new Fynlo account. Existing accounts cannot receive AppSumo tier benefits.
Next Steps
Double-check that you completed the sign-up process fully.
Log out and log back in to refresh the plan status.
