How to Create a Recurring Invoice in Fynlo
Below is the New Recurring Invoice form in Fynlo:
1. Client Information
Client Name: Select your client from the dropdown.
Currency: Choose the currency for this invoice.
Reference (optional): Add a reference number or note.
2. Recurring Details
Starting Date: The date when the invoice begins.
Repeat Every: Choose Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly.
Payment Term: Set when the invoice is due.
Ending Date: The date the recurring schedule ends, or select No End Date for ongoing invoices.
3. Item Details
Item Number & Description: Select or enter the products/services being invoiced.
Quantity & Unit Price: Add the quantity and price per item.
Discount & Tax: Apply discounts or taxes if needed.
Click + Add Another Item to include multiple line items.
4. Attachments & Memo
Drag and drop files (PDF, image, or document) if needed.
Add optional notes in the memo section.
5. Summary
Shows subtotal, discount, tax, and total.
