Your company address is used across invoices, reports, and client communications. Keeping it updated ensures professionalism and compliance with financial records.
How to Update Your Company Address
Step 1: Click on your profile icon (your initials) in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
Step 2: From the dropdown menu, click Update Profile.
Step 3: Edit Company Address
In the profile window, navigate to the Company Information section.
Update your company address fields (street, city, state/province, postal code, and country).
Step 4: Click Update Details to apply the new address to your account.
Notes
The updated address will automatically appear on all invoices, estimates, and official documents generated in the system.
Only account owners or authorized users can make changes to company information.
Tips
If your company has multiple branches, use a clear and consistent format for addresses (e.g., including unit/floor numbers).
Review your address format to ensure it matches regional requirements for tax and compliance reporting.
