Logging in with Email Verification
Once you’ve enabled 2FA, logging into your Fynlo account will require an additional verification step using your authenticator app or email. Here’s how to complete this secure login process.

Logging in with the Authenticator App
Step 1: Enter Your Login Details
On the Fynlo login page, enter your email and password, then click Log In.
Step 2: Retrieve the Verification Code
Open the authenticator app on your mobile device to view the current one-time code.
Step 3: Enter the Code
Type or paste the code into the Verification Code field on the Fynlo login screen, then click Log In.
Note: Ensure your device’s clock is accurate, as the code is time-based. Even a minor time discrepancy can affect the code.
Logging in with Email Verification
Step 1: Log In as Usual
Enter your email and password on the Fynlo login page, then click Log In.
Step 2: Check Your Email for the Code
Tip: If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your Spam or Junk folder. Adding Fynlo’s email address to your contacts can help prevent this.
Fynlo will send a one-time password (OTP) to your email address associated with the account.
Step 3: Enter the Code

- Copy the code from your email and paste it into the Verification Code field on the login screen, then click Log In.
Additional Security Tips
- Refresh Your Codes: 2FA codes expire quickly. If it’s been over 30 seconds, refresh the code in your app.
- Keep Your Email Secure: If you use email for 2FA, keep your email account secure with a strong, unique password.
