Temporarily hide or reactivate bank accounts without deleting them
You can change the status of a bank account to Inactive, which will hide it from your main list without permanently deleting it. This is useful for accounts that are no longer in use but may still be needed later. You can easily reactivate them at any time.
Step 1: From the main menu on the left, click Banks to view your list of accounts.
Step 2: Update the Bank’s Status
In the Status column, you’ll see a toggle switch next to each bank account.
To make a bank account inactive, click the toggle to turn it off.
To reactivate an inactive account, click the toggle to turn it on.
The status change happens instantly, and the account will immediately show or hide in your list.
