Manage which bank details are visible in your list view for easier tracking
Customizing display fields in the Banks module lets you control which columns appear in your bank account list. This helps you focus on the most important details—whether that’s account numbers, currencies, or descriptions—without unnecessary clutter.
How to Customize Display Fields for Banks
Step 1: From the main menu on the left, click Banks to open the Banks page.
Step 2: In the top-right corner of the bank table, click the Display Fields button.
A pop-up window will appear, showing a list of fields you can enable or disable.
Step 3: Select Fields to Display
In the pop-up window:
Check the box next to each field you want to show (e.g., Bank Name, Account No., Currency).
Uncheck the box for any field you don’t need.
To toggle everything at once, click the All checkbox.
This flexibility ensures that your table only displays the information that matters to you.
Step 4: Click Save once you’ve made your selections.
The bank table will instantly refresh to reflect your chosen fields.
💡 Tip: You can update display fields at any time, so feel free to adjust them as your reporting or review needs change.
