After sending an invoice in Fynlo, you can easily track whether your client has viewed it, paid it, or missed the due date. This article explains where to find invoice statuses and what each status means.
Accessing Your Invoice Statuses
To view the status of your invoices:
Go to Income from the left navigation.
Click Invoices.

The Status column shows the current state of each invoice.
Invoice Status Definitions
Unpaid
The invoice has been sent but not yet paid.
The status remains Unpaid until your client settles the amount.
If the due date passes, the invoice automatically becomes Overdue.
Viewed
Your client has opened or viewed the invoice.
This confirms receipt and visibility.
Status updates in real time once viewed.
Paid
The invoice has been fully paid.
The Amount Due becomes $0.00.
The invoice is categorized under Paid in the summary section.
Overdue
The invoice’s due date has passed without payment.
You can send reminders from the invoice actions menu.
Using Summary Cards
At the top of your Invoices page, you will see three summary cards:
Overdue – Total amount of overdue invoices
Unpaid – Total amount awaiting payment
Paid – Total amount collected
These cards give you quick insight into your receivables.

Search: Find invoices by client name or invoice number
Due In / Date Issued: Monitor deadlines and newly created invoices
