Make it easier for clients to pay you by adding your payment details directly to the bottom of your invoices. This feature is available in the Invoice Editor as an additional module for seamless setup and customization.
Follow these steps to include your payment details:
Step 1: Navigate to Income
-> Invoices
.
Step 2: In the Invoices table, locate the invoice you’d like to customize and select the corresponding record.
Step 3: On the right side of the table, click the three dots option and choose Design
from the dropdown menu.
Step 4: In the editor, you’ll find the Invoice Editor panel on the left.
Step 5: Navigate and Scroll to the Payment Details section.
Step 6: Enter the relevant payment information or use the default fields.
The added payment details will appear in the preview panel.
Hide or Edit Payment Details
If you prefer to hide payment details or customize them further, use the following options:
- Hide Payment Details: If you don’t want to show payment information on your invoice, click the
Hide
button to hide the section. Click theShow
button to show the section.
- Edit Payment Details: You can change any fields to suit your preferences or update your payment methods. (e.g U.S. banking details)
Step 7: To apply the changes to this invoice, click Save Changes
If you’d like to reuse the design, click Save as Template and provide a name for the template.

Your payment details are now added to the invoice, making it easier for clients to send payments promptly.
