How to Revoke Google Drive Access Manually from Google Settings

This guide shows you how to manually remove Fynlo’s access to your Google Drive through your Google account settings.

You can do this anytime for privacy or security.

✅ When Should You Revoke Access?

You may want to remove access if:

  • You no longer use AI Expense
  • You connected the wrong Google account
  • You want to reconnect Google Drive

Step 1: Open Your Google Account Settings

  1. Go to: myaccount.google.com
  2. Sign in to the Google account connected to Fynlo

 

Step 2: Go to Security Settings

  1. Click Security in the left sidebar
  2. Scroll down to:
    Third-party apps with account access

 

Step 3: Find Fynlo

  1. Look for Fynlo or Fynlo AI Expense in the list
  2. Click on it to open the app details

 

Step 4: Remove Access

  1. Click Remove Access
  2. Confirm when prompted

✅ This immediately disconnects Google Drive from Fynlo.

What Happens After Removing Access?

Once removed:

❌ Fynlo can no longer:

  • Scan new receipts
  • Sync your Drive files
  • Access your connected folder

✅ You can reconnect anytime inside Fynlo.

How to Reconnect Again

To reconnect:

  1. Log in to Fynlo
  2. Go to AI Expense
  3. Click Connect to Google Drive
  4. Follow the login and permission steps
