✅ Why Fynlo Needs Google Drive Access
When you connect Google Drive, Fynlo needs permission to:
- View files in your selected folder
- Read receipt images and PDFs
- Sync new receipts automatically
This allows Fynlo to scan your receipts and extract data like:
- Merchant name
- Amount
- Date
- Currency
✅ What Fynlo Can Access
Fynlo can only access:
✅ The folder you select during setup
✅ Files inside that folder
Fynlo cannot:
- View your entire Drive
- Access private folders
- Modify or delete your files
🔍 Permissions You’ll See During Connection
When connecting Google Drive, Google will show a permission screen.
You’ll see messages like:
- “View and manage files you open with this app”
- “See and download files you select”
