Quickly find the expense records you need using flexible date-based filters.
Fynlo’s filtering feature helps you easily narrow down your expense list by date, making it faster to locate specific transactions or prepare reports.
How to Filter Expenses by Payment Date
Step 1: From the Fynlo Dashboard, click on Expenses in the left-hand menu to view your full list of expense records.
Step 2: At the top right corner of the expense table, click the Filter button.
Step 3: Set Your Filter Criteria
A filter panel will appear where you can specify:
Payment Date Start
Payment Date End
Fynlo will display all expenses that fall within this date range.
Step 4: Hide the Filter Panel
Once filters are applied:
The Filter button changes to Hide Filter
Click
Hide Filterto close the panel and view your filtered resultsTo reset the filter and show all expenses again, click
Hide Filter, thenFilterto clear the dates
