Export your expense data for reporting, analysis, or system integration.
Exporting expense records allows you to easily download your data in Excel or CSV format. This is useful for reporting, integration with other systems, or maintaining records for auditing and compliance.
Steps to Export an Expense Record
Step 1: Navigate to Expenses section from your Fynlo dashboard to access your list of expense records.
Step 2: Click the Export button to initiate the export.
Export Options:
Type:
All Pages – exports the entire list of expenses.
Current Page – exports only the visible records on your screen.
File Format:
Choose between Excel (.xlsx) or CSV (.csv).
Optional: You can also select specific records to export by checking the boxes next to them before exporting.
Step 3: Click the Export to begin the download. Your file will be generated based on your selections.
