Generate Your Invoice via Email
Once your invoice is created, it's time to send it to your client. In this guide, we'll show you how to easily generate your invoice via email or print it for physical delivery.
Step 1: Navigate to Income ->InvoicesTo access your list of invoices.
Step 2: In the Invoices table, select the record of the invoice you want to send and select it.
Step 3: On the rightmost side of the table, click Send Invoice to initiate the email process.
Step 4: Enter the Recipient’s Email Address
Input the client’s email address to ensure the invoice is sent to the correct contact.
Step 5: Fill in the subject line of your email
e.g., "Invoice for [Client Name] - [Invoice Number]").
Step 6: Create or Use the Default Email Template
You can either use the default template provided or create your custom message for the email.
🔶Note: If you need to reset the content to the default template, click the Reset button. This allows you to start over without manually erasing content.
Step 7: Once everything is set, click the Send Now button to email the invoice to your client.
Success!
Your invoice has been emailed to your client. 🎉
🔶Additional Note: the action button is changed to Receive Payment. You can resend the invoice on the dropdown button.

Step 1: Navigate to Income ->Invoicesto access your list of invoices.
Step 2: In the Invoices table, locate the specific invoice you want to share and select it.
🟩 Tip: Use the search or filter options in the table to quickly find the exact invoice you need.
Step 3: On the rightmost side of the table, click the dropdown button next to your chosen invoice and select Share.
Step 4: You can share your invoice to clients across multiple platforms.
🟩 Note: If you haven’t created a custom design template for your invoices yet, take a moment to explore your design options! A well-branded invoice can leave a lasting impression on clients.

Once you've selected your preferred design, proceed with sharing
