Yes. AI credits are shared across all team members within the same Fynlo account.
If you’ve added users to your account, any AI-powered action performed by a team member (such as scanning receipts or using AI features) will deduct credits from the same shared AI credit balance.
What This Means for Teams
- All users draw from one shared pool of AI credits.
- Credits are not assigned per user.
- Usage by one team member affects the remaining balance for everyone.
Managing AI Credits with Multiple Users
- Monitor your AI credit balance regularly in AI Expense Beta or Account Settings.
- Set internal guidelines for AI usage if multiple team members are scanning expenses.
- Purchase additional AI credits if your team frequently uses AI-powered features.
Important Notes

- Purchased AI credits do not reset and remain available until used.
