✅ What You’ll Need
Before you start:
Your Google Drive is connected to Fynlo
Your AI Receipts folder is already set up
Step 1: Prepare Your Receipts
Make sure your files are:
✅ Supported file types:
JPG / JPEG
PNG
PDF
✅ Clear and readable:
Good lighting
No heavy blur
❌ Avoid:
ZIP files
Password-protected PDFs
Step 2: Upload Multiple Files to Google Drive
Open your AI Receipts folder in Google Drive
Click + New
Click File upload
Select multiple files from your computer
(Hold Ctrl or Shift to select many files)Click Open / Upload
✅ All selected files will upload at once.
Step 3: Let Fynlo Scan Automatically
Once files are inside your connected folder:
✅ Fynlo automatically:
Detects new files
Scans them in the background
Starts extracting data
Step 4: View Your Scanned Receipts
To check the results:
Go to Fynlo
Click AI Expense
Open the Receipts tab
Here you can see:
Merchant name
Date
Amount
Currency
⏱ How Long Does Bulk Scanning Take?
Scanning time depends on:
