If you cannot connect your Google Drive to Fynlo AI Expense, follow this quick guide to resolve the most common issues.
✅ Refresh and Try Again
Sometimes the Google authentication page fails to load or gets stuck.
Try this first:
Refresh your browser
Close the Drive pop-up and click Connect Google Drive again
Make sure you’re logged into the correct Google account
✅ Make Sure You have Allowed Permissions
During connection, Google asks you to Allow Fynloapps access.
If you clicked Deny, the connection will fail.
Fix:
Try connecting again
When Google prompts you, click Allow/Continue.
Complete the connection
✅ You Must Select a Folder
Fynlo cannot scan your Drive until:
✔ You select one folder
✔ You click Save / Done
If you skipped the folder selection, reconnect and choose a folder.
✅ Check if a Popup Blocker Is Blocking the Google Window
Google login opens in a pop-up window.
If your browser blocks pop-ups, Fynlo cannot load Google.
Fix:
Look for a pop-up blocked icon near your URL bar
Allow pop-ups for: manage.fynloapps.com
Try connecting again
✅ Log Out and Log Back In
If Google is stuck:
Logout of Fynlo
Logout of Google (optional)
Log back in
Try connecting again
✅ Make Sure You Are Connected to the Internet
A slow or unstable connection can cause the Google authentication window to fail.
Try switching networks or reconnecting your Wi-Fi.
✅ Disable VPN or Incognito Mode
VPNs and Incognito mode may block Google authentication.
Fix:
Turn off your VPN
Open Fynlo in a normal browser window
Try connecting again

Clear Browser Cache
Old session data sometimes prevents Google from authenticating.
Steps:
Chrome: Settings → Privacy → Clear Browsing Data → Cached Images & Files
Reload the page
Try Another Browser

Avoid older browsers that may block Google login.
