If Fynlo is connected to the wrong Google account, or you want to use a different Drive folder, you can switch accounts anytime. Here’s the easiest way to do it.
✅ Step 1: Disconnect Your Current Google Account
In Fynlo:
Go to AI Expense
Open Google Drive Settings
Click Disconnect Google Drive
This removes the old account connection safely.
✅ Step 2: Log Out of the Old Google Account in Your Browser
To avoid auto-login:
Make sure you are fully logged out of all Google accounts
💡 Tip:If you want to keep other Gmail accounts active, open Fynlo in Incognito mode.
✅ Step 3: Reconnect Google Drive in Fynlo
Back in Fynlo → AI Expense:
Click Connect Google Drive
A Google login window will appear
Select the new Google account you want to connect
Allow the required permissions
Once successful, the new Drive account is linked.
✅ Step 4: Select the Correct Receipt Folder
After connecting:
Choose your main receipt folder (only one folder — no need for multiple)
Click Save
Fynlo will start scanning files from this new folder.
🔄 Step 5: Click “Sync Drive”
To refresh your Google Drive files:
Click 🔄 Sync Drive
This ensures the new folder is scanned immediately.
Troubleshooting Tips
If the wrong Google account keeps showing up:
Clear your browser cookies for Google
Open Fynlo in Incognito mode
Try connecting again
If Fynlo can’t see your folder:
Make sure the folder is in the correct Google account
Ensure you have the needed permissions (owner or editor)
