Add foreign currencies to support multi-currency transactions
This guide walks you through the process of adding a new currency to your system so you can properly record, track, and manage international transactions.
Step 1: In the left-hand navigation panel, click Settings. Then, select Currency.
Step 2: On the Currency page, click the + New Currency button located at the top-right of the table.
A pop-up window titled New Currency will appear.
Step 3: In the New Currency pop-up, click inside the Currency field.
A dropdown list or search bar will appear—select the currency you want to add.
Example: EUR – Euro, JPY – Japanese Yen, AUD – Australian Dollar
Step 4: After selecting the currency, click Save.
📌 After saving, the system may prompt you to define the Exchange Rate for the new currency relative to your base currency.
Make sure the rate is accurate to ensure correct financial reporting.
