The Currency module in the Settings section is designed to manage foreign exchange rates for your financial operations. It enables businesses to handle transactions in multiple currencies seamlessly, ensuring accurate conversions and reporting.
What is the Currency Module?
The Currency module allows you to track and manage different currencies and their corresponding exchange rates against a system-defined base currency. This functionality is essential for businesses dealing with international clients, suppliers, or multi-currency transactions.

| Currency List | Displays all currencies currently configured in your system (e.g., HKD, AUD, PHP). |
| Exchange Rate | Shows the defined conversion rules for each currency, including: • Currency to Base: Rate for converting the listed currency to the base currency (e.g., 1 HKD → 0.13 USD). • Base to Currency: Inverse rate for converting the base currency to the listed currency (e.g., 1 USD → 7.8 HKD). |

How to Use the Module
View Current Rates
Access all configured currencies along with their exchange rates and effective dates immediately upon opening the module.Add a New Currency
Click + New Currency to define a new foreign currency and set its initial exchange rate.Update Rates
Use the Edit (Pen) icon next to a currency to update its exchange rate whenever there is a change.Filter by Date
Use the Date Field to view or set exchange rates for a specific period to ensure accuracy.
