AI Expense currently supports the following formats:
- ✅ JPEG
- ✅ PNG / IMG
- ❌ HEIF / HEIC (not supported)
How to Fix Upload Issues
- Check the file format
- If your file is in HEIC/HEIF (common for iPhone photos), convert it to JPEG or PNG before uploading.
- Re-upload the file
- Try uploading again after conversion.
- Check file quality
- Ensure the receipt is clear, not corrupted, and under the maximum file size limit.
💡 Tip: If you frequently use iPhone, update your camera settings to save images in JPEG format by default to avoid upload issues.
