If you’re having trouble claiming your Free Lifetime Account, don’t worry! Below are some common issues and simple fixes to help you out.
🔑 You’ve Already Claimed Your Lifetime Account
If you’ve already clicked the “Claim Now” button, the offer is only available once. To check, visit your Profile Menu and click on “My Plan”. If you see the Lifetime badge next to your plan, you’ve successfully claimed it!
❗ You’re Not Logged In
You must be logged in to claim your Lifetime Account. If you’re not signed in, simply log in to your Fynlo account and go to your Dashboard to access the claim pop-up.
🗓️ Offer Has Ended
The Beta program and its offers will end on April 11. If you’re trying to claim after this date, the offer will no longer be available. Be sure to claim your Lifetime Account before the deadline!
💻 Browser or Page Issue
Sometimes, a browser issue can prevent the claim process from working. Try the following:

❌ Claim Pop-Up Isn’t Appearing
If you don’t see the claim pop-up on your Dashboard, try logging out and logging back in. If that doesn’t work, check your email inbox for any instructions or contact our support team for help.
