Client Payment Notifications
Clients can easily notify you of their payments by clicking the "Notify Payment" button in the invoice email.
Steps for Clients to Notify Payments
Step 1: Click Notify Payment
button:
- The client can find this button in the invoice email you sent.
- Clicking it redirects them to a confirmation message page.
Step 2: Confirmation Trigger:
- Once confirmed, you will receive a payment notification email.
This seamless process ensures you're updated immediately, enhancing payment transparency and efficiency.
Simplified Payment Recording: Receive This Amount
When a client notifies you of a payment, you can quickly confirm it using the "Receive This Amount" feature.
Steps to Record Payment Using "Receive This Amount"
Step 1: Click Receive This Amount
button.
- Access the email notification triggered by the client's payment update.
- Click the
Receive This Amount
button in the email.
Step 2: Log in to Fynlo
- If you’re not logged in, you’ll need to log in to proceed.
Step 3: Complete the Receive Payment Process
A Receive Payment details will be displayed to complete the process.

Success!
Once completed, the invoice status is automatically updated to Payment Received, saving time and eliminating manual tracking.
Simplified Payment Recording: Mark as Received
You can also record payments quickly by marking them as received when notified of a client viewing the invoice.
Steps to Mark Payment as Received
Step 1: When a client views the invoice email, a Viewed Notification email is sent to you.
Step 2: From the notification email, click the Mark as Received
button.
Step 3: If you’re not logged in, log in to access the payment recording feature.
Step 4: Complete the "Receive Payment" Process
A Receive Payment details will be displayed to complete the process.
Success!
The invoice status automatically updates to "Payment Received", providing instant visibility and eliminating manual tracking.
