New Features & Enhancements
🧾 Invoice Designer – Default Description Column
The Description column is now the primary, default column displayed in the Invoice Designer. This ensures item details are immediately visible, creating a smoother and faster design experience.
Key Changes:
- The Description column is permanently part of the item table.
- The Item No. column is hidden by default but can be manually added as needed.
- Improved alignment and consistency across all invoice templates for a polished, uniform appearance.
🖼️ Adding Images in Invoice Designer
You can now upload and display images directly within the Invoice Designer’s item table. This feature is perfect for showcasing product images or adding visual elements to enhance branding.
Key Changes:
- Upload item images directly into the invoice item table.
- Ability to replace or delete uploaded images with ease.
- Ensures product visuals are clear and professional, enhancing invoice presentation.
💳 “Add New Payment Term” Button
A New Payment Term button is now available directly on the invoice creation page, allowing you to add custom payment terms on the fly without navigating away.
Key Changes:
- Accessible from the invoice setup screen during invoice creation.
- Seamlessly adds dynamic payment terms in real-time.
A new Preview Invoice tab has been added to the invoice creation screen, allowing users to view a draft of the invoice before submission. This ensures accuracy and provides a complete overview of the final design.
Key Changes:
- Users must select a client and items to activate the preview feature.
- If required details are missing, an error message will prompt users to complete the invoice.
- Provides a visual representation of the invoice, allowing for last-minute adjustments and corrections.
We’ve expanded email notification controls, allowing you to configure notifications for invoices and payment reminders directly within the email footer settings.
Key Changes:
- Customize triggers for all email notifications related to invoices and payments.
- Enable or disable notifications per invoice or client.
- A confirmation message will appear whenever email notification settings are changed.
