If you no longer want to use a specific late fee rule, you can easily delete it from your settings. This will prevent it from being applied to future invoices.
🛠 Step-by-Step Guide
Go to your Fynlo dashboard.
From the left-hand menu, click on “Settings.”
Under Settings, select “Late Fee Terms.”
Locate the late fee term you want to delete.
Click the trash bin icon next to the corresponding late fee term.
A confirmation prompt will appear – click “Proceed” to confirm.
⚠️ Important Notes
Once deleted, the late fee term cannot be applied to new invoices.
This action does not affect invoices where the fee has already been applied.
If you accidentally delete a rule, you’ll need to recreate it manually.
