How to Add and Manage Your PayPal Payment Account

To start receiving payments via PayPal in your system, you'll need to set up and manage your PayPal accounts under the Payment Account section.

📌 How to Add a New PayPal Payment Account

Step 1: Click “New Payment Account”
From the Payment Account page, click the blue New Payment Account button.

Step 2: Fill in the Required Information

• • Platform: Select PayPal Email from the dropdown.

  • Email: Enter the PayPal email address you wish to link.

  • Remark (optional): Add a note (e.g., “Main PayPal” or “Test Account”).

  • Status: Choose whether to activate the account now (Active) or later (Inactive).

Step 3: Set Up PayPal IPN (Instant Payment Notification)
A reminder is shown in the form:

• Log in to your PayPal account.

• Navigate to Account Settings → Website Payments.

• Look for Instant Payment Notifications (IPN) and enable it.

• Add your notification URL in the notify_url field as required by your platform.

Step 4: Click Save
Once all fields are completed, hit Save to finalize setup.

🔄 How to Edit or Remove a Payment Account

• Edit: Click the Edit button next to any account in the list to update its email, remarks, or status.

• Delete: Click the dropdown arrow beside Edit, then select Delete to remove the account.

🔍 Viewing Account Status

• Accounts are labeled Active (green) or Inactive (orange) in the Status column.

• Use the Filter buttons at the top to view All, Active, or Inactive accounts.
