We’re excited to introduce a set of features designed to streamline payments, enhance invoicing flexibility, and save time in your workflows. These updates bring smarter payment tools and better organization to help you stay on top of your financial tasks!
New Features & Enhancements
💵 Get Paid with Bonus/Tips
We’ve introduced the ability to add Bonus/Tips during invoice payments, paired with enhanced payment status visibility.
Bonus/Tips Field:
- Add Bonus/Tips when marking an invoice as paid.
- The payment total dynamically updates to include the bonus or tip amount.
Payment Status Indicators:
- Partial Payment: Unpaid balances are highlighted in yellow.
- Full Payment: Highlighted in green when fully settled.
Benefits:
- Visual clarity on payment statuses.
- Enhanced payment flexibility with optional tips/bonuses.
🌍 Remember the Last Used Currency and Country
The system now remembers your last-used currency and country selections for smoother invoice and client creation workflows.
Invoice Creation:
- Automatically applies the previously selected currency to new invoices.
Client Creation:
- Pre-selects the last-used country for client addresses.
Benefits:
- Reduces repetitive tasks.
- Improves workflow efficiency and consistency.
🗓️ Payment Terms in Invoices
We’ve added a Payment Terms field to enhance due date management and notifications for missing due dates.
Payment Terms Field:
- Choose from predefined options like Net 30 or Net 60 from the dropdown.
- Create custom terms under Settings > Payment Terms.
No Due Date Warning:
- If “No Due Date” is selected, the following message is displayed: “We won’t be able to remind the client when to pay the invoice.”

- Greater control over payment timelines.
- Ensures user awareness for due date reminders.
