We’re excited to introduce new features and enhancements to the Invoice Module, designed to make invoicing more efficient, flexible, and user-friendly!
What’s New?
📝 Custom Fields on Invoice Editor
Easily add personalized fields like ASN (Advance Shipment Notice) or other key details to your invoices while designing them. This feature lets you include extra information tailored to your unique business needs, improving customization and communication.
🎨Premade Invoice Design with Templates
Take control of your invoice design! Choose from 5 professionally premade-designed templates to customize your invoices. These templates are reusable, saving you time while ensuring a polished look.
Need to remove or update your logo? Share Fynlo with others, and we’ll remove our logo from your invoices. (Paid removal will be available for late users in the future.)
💳 Add Payment Details on Invoices
Include your payment details at the bottom of the invoice, showing where you’d like to receive payments. This feature comes as an additional module in the Invoice Editor for easy setup.
📧 Download Invoices from Emails
Clients receiving invoices via email now have the option to view them online or download them as PDF files for their records.
Once a payment is marked as paid, a receipt will be automatically sent to your client for confirmation and record-keeping.
💻Download the Invoice as a PDF on System
Users can directly download invoices as PDF files from the system, making it easier to manage and store records locally.
📱 Known Limitation
Mobile Responsiveness for the Invoice Design Editor
The invoice design editor currently has limited responsiveness on mobile devices, which may affect the user experience. We are actively working to improve this in future updates.
😎 What’s Next?
Improved Invoice Editor
The left-side panel of the invoice editor is being redesigned for improved usability. This update will provide more intuitive and efficient tools for customizing invoices, including faster access to key features like adding fields, logos, signatures, applying themes, and payment details.
Due Date Email Reminder
A new automatic email reminder will be sent to clients who have outstanding invoices after the due date. This feature helps ensure timely payments and reduces the manual effort required to follow up.
Weekly Email Summary
A weekly email summary will be sent to users showing key financial information, including income, expenses, paid invoices, and overdue invoices. This feature provides an at-a-glance overview of your financial status.
